The Sabbatical Year, Israel, and Ecology

The Sabbatical year begins in September, and many Israeli organizations say that in this cycle it will be different. For the land of Israel to rest for a year is a Biblical imperative, but in modern times it has become a great difficulty for the millions of Jews living in the land.
